The website provides general information and does not promise a place, price, date, or service. Please check important details with Sunny Days before making plans.

Joining a waitlist, submitting an inquiry, or scheduling a tour does not guarantee admission, a start date, classroom availability, or a particular schedule. Enrollment is complete only when Sunny Days confirms placement and all required agreements, payments, and records are complete. Tuition and fees may change for future care.

Microsoft Bookings manages tour scheduling, Brightwheel supports waitlist and family forms, and Indeed hosts job applications. When you use one of these services, its terms and privacy rules also apply. Sunny Days does not control whether these services are available or how they work.

Community events, Date Night care, and shop items may be announced before final dates, attendance details, stock, or prices are available. An item shown as “coming soon” is not yet for sale. More rules may apply when event registration or shop checkout opens.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Try to access accounts, records, or systems without permission.
• Interfere with the site’s security, availability, or normal operation.
• Upload malicious code or misuse forms, messaging, or scheduling tools.
• Copy or use site content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

The Sunny Days name, branding, original text, graphics, photography, and site design are owned by Sunny Days or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own personal use. Other use requires written permission from Sunny Days.

Sunny Days provides this site as it is and cannot promise that it will always be available or free from errors. Sunny Days is not responsible for losses caused only by using this information site or a service run by another company. These terms do not limit any rights or responsibilities that the law does not allow us to limit.
