Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Tour details submitted through Microsoft Bookings, such as your selected time and contact information.
• Enrollment and waitlist information submitted through Brightwheel, including information about your child that you choose to provide.
• Family-portal information, when applicable, such as account details, child records, attendance, authorized pickup information, documents, consent records, and messages.
• Basic technical information generated when the site is used, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, the site that led you here, and security or error logs.

• Review waitlist and enrollment needs, including your child's age and preferred schedule.

We use Google Analytics on public pages to count visits and understand which pages people find helpful. Google Analytics stores a small file called a cookie in your browser to tell one visit from another. We do not send names, email addresses, or child records to Google Analytics. We have turned off Google features that use this information for personalized advertising.

This website is intended for parents, guardians, prospective employees, and other adults; it is not directed to children. Information about a child should be submitted only by an authorized adult through the designated enrollment or family-service channel. Please do not send sensitive medical or identity information through ordinary email or social media.

Official child and family records may also be governed by enrollment agreements, center policies, and applicable Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care requirements.

We keep information only as long as needed to provide care, maintain required business or childcare records, resolve problems, and follow the law. We use workplace, technology, and building security measures to protect it. No online system can be completely secure.

You may ask to review or correct contact information held directly by Sunny Days, request that we stop optional messages, or ask how long information is kept or whether it can be deleted. Some records must be kept for licensing, safety, agreement, or legal reasons. Requests involving Brightwheel or Microsoft Bookings may also need to be made through those services.
